2022 additions include a brand new Garden Villa jacuzzi deck and new white terrazzo flooring in the Beach Villa and the extension of the upstairs twin room and ensuite bathroom. The Alfajiri Foundation was also created with the sole goal of preserving biodiversity and strengthen the livelihoods of local people in partnership with organisations committed in the protection of Kenya's marine environment and conservation of primates, together with local charities to safeguard children's rights.
