With its seven double bedroom suites and one children’s room with bunk beds off the master suite, the villa can comfortably accommodate 14 adults plus 2 children. The grand dining room off the sitting room allow for large gatherings at mealtimes, as is the spacious kitchen with separate breakfast area, while the library with its antique fireplace is just a little cosier. Rental weeks at Montepergoli include cook and housemaids who can stay in the staff quarters or come and go from the property, leaving their living quarters to guests’ own nanny, butler or driver accompanying.
To top off the spacious garden and lawn is a large swimming pool with changing area as well as a fruitful vegetable garden supplying the kitchen with fresh produce.
