Its location just outside the picturesque town of Capalbio is 1km from the Niki de Saint-Phalle Tarot sculpture garden, 8km to long sandy beaches, plus countless archaeological and cultural sites.
The generous sleeping spaces, with large dressing rooms and sophisticated ensuite bathrooms, are all air-conditioned and outfitted with all linen, sheets and towels, hairdryers, soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The bedrooms are set out over three levels which guarantees privacy for the guests: two are situated on the ground floor, divided by a cosy living room with TV which opens onto the terrace; two suites on the upper floor have sweeping views to the sea and direct access to a private terrace; two further double bedrooms are situated on the lower ground floor, sharing a living and TV area, both with French windows leading onto a private terrace and into the garden.
A live-in domestic staff couple ensure impeccable housekeeping and table service, a live-in caretaker maintains the extensive gardens and the pool. Baby cots, high chairs and wheelchair can be provided with advance notice.
