A private guesthouse is located by thr large swimming pool and offers 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom plus comfortable covered veranda with kitchenette, living and dining area with TV corner. The immense gated plot of 50,000 sq m is a manicured Mediterranean paradise complete with spacious shaded dining area (seats 20 guests), outdoor BBQ, tennis courts, equipped private beach, ample parking and helicopter landing pad. The 3 swimming pools (2 fresh-water and 1 salt-water) also share 2 patios and 3 Jacuzzi hot tubs. The larger indoor swimming pool (equipped with agaist-current swimming system) on the villa's lower level has siding it a full gym, Hamm'am, a cascading shower and a home theatre room just beyond it.
Attentive staff include a chef, butler, gardeners and housekeepers. Security and other staff can be arranged. Also available is a 60-foot speedboat (ITAMA 60) with Captain and mooring at the Puntaldia (a hip Marina with shops, restaurants, pizzeria and cafés).
